I went to another kenduri today with one of my other senior from a different division than i am. the flow starts at nine am and we arrived at the promised place exactly at eleven am.
before that, i put RM50 worth of fuel inside the car and by the time i reached home back from that event, the meter shown 280km and at that time my car still has a balance exactly half tank of fuel ! Not bad. I estimated that would be somewhere around RM20-RM30 for 280km worth of travel !
back to the event, foooh... the rendang daging and ayam goreng berempah was totally awesome and out of this world ! But of course, i have to control my eating habit as at this age, diseases could come and come again in a full blast. That goes to you too young men and women.. watch your what you eat when you're in mid 30's or else you'll regret it later ^_^
after meeting with the tuan rumah we've decided to go home and arrived at tanjong malim at three-something pm..
that concluded today's journey. awaiting tomorrow to open it doors..
Last night : last night, i have been bitten by some unknown bug and then came the effects : my entire body has this weird bums all over the place. imagine this.. being hit by thousand of mosquitoes (at the same time) and as an immediate effect, your entire body aches.
quickly after dinner i went to the nearby clinic and the doctor suggested that i might have some sort of allergy to some known bug. but he didn't elaborate more on that as i am more concern about my entire body at that time been colored in red due to itchiness reaction.
soon, the doctor gave me some lotion to ease the itchiness and two packs of tablet where one labeled as 'allergy' and the other 'itchiness'.
alhamdullillah, all the bums gone by next morning which is today's morning and i can proceed to go to work after all ^_^
today's evening : i got a call from a woman(girl ?) and ask me to collect my spectacles that thanks god after 3 weeks of waiting its finally finished. so, off i go to the shop. after receiving the specs from the cute-looking shopkeeper (ha ha)... i inspected the specs. and... that coating problem is still visible but this time not as major as the last one. so, i insisted a replacement. the shopkeeper's boss a.k.a (i think) the optometrist inspected the spec as to confirm my findings. and he agreed. after long sighing (looking at the troublesome specs of course) he told me that he will send the lenses to a different factory this time. (and why the hell you aren't doing that on the first place ?)
well.. there is goes again. i have to wait another 10 days for the new lenses to arrived. but this time, i get to keep the specs and wear it as the problem is minor anyway. they issued me a FOC replacement (with receipt of course) immediately after i raise my comments.
In this entire life, well, since i was in form 2 at school somewhere in Selangor, i was told to myself that i wanted to be like one those from the unsung heroes, heroes.
what exactly is that suppose to mean ? by definition, unsung heroes were heroes that never published or written in any sort of media about their achievements and good deeds they've been doing to the society.
yup i know, what i'm doing right now is totally the exact opposite. i wanted my apps and tools to be known to at least to one person in every country. it's that simple. even I'm a complex person nevertheless though. keeping high profile of myself in every forum i attend was indeed an act of 'sung'-ed heroes. but keeping the apps itself as freeware is the least that i can do to make me somehow in line of the unsung heroes methodology.
2nd part : iphone..
I was thinking to let go of my K810i as soon as iphone 3g arrived here in Malaysia. Lately i've been holding myself in getting the ipod touch by reading reviews about the PSP before making my move. Ah... ipod touch vs PSP. Then comes the iphone 3g that probably going to launch on June in the US. Of course the k810i is a good phone with all that camera features.. but i somehow hate the cute little screen. but wait.. isn't the iphone only has 2mp camera ? Ha ha.. i actually has high expectation on iphone 3g.. and please... let the java client somehow make it debut in the iphone 3g. and lastly, please Apple... release your iphone here in Malaysia... soon ! but, if the iphone out of reach within my budget, i will getting either the psp or ipod touch before july...

These past three weeks is really a weird one. Come to think of it, May was full of in-house and outstation workshop that i had to attend.
Take last week for example, me and two of my colleagues had to attend four days straight workshop at KL. From Monday till Thursday.
Now, this week another three days workshop on management. I wonder how any normal government servant can really served the rakyat when all this 'courses' had to be fulfilled and mandatory to attend to begin with ?
Anyhow, i want to share something regarding the enhance version DPTAplikasi K4 extra features. For starters, this version is not to be publish online and only made for selected close friends and serve as internal development purposes.
Among the new features : 1. save the report as simple *.txt file 2. english report is made available 3. filtering now also includes Microsoft Office updates whereas the current one only filter up to Windows updates.
That all for now. In the future i've planned to implement these features too : 1. custom filtering : user can input custom filtering criteria for the final grid output 2. HTML output customization 3. Support for Excel 2007 (*.xlsx) report generator 4. 600kb for the final executable (how i will do it ? that will be my secret.. he he) that is half the size of the current public version while retaining all the features !
Maybe, just maybe i'll make available of this enhance version to public in term of donationware. Who knows ? ^_^

Hmm... this was to myself. I've lately been wondering if my presence is making peoples around me lacking here and there ? Being single is it really a 'bonus' to put everything on me ? Hmm.. to tell the truth, yes i'm tired. Luckily though, my passion on programming and application 'hacking' will never rust. That i am 100% sure.
Finally, this is to all my friends who is making their way to becoming a leader and probably a great leader, marriage is not a factor to burdens people who is still single that work under you. Be fair, and be polite in dividing job tasks. I'm sure they will return something in the end.

20 years ago, My first day in primary school. I cried on the first day and probably the whole week. I think my father was in front of the classroom only on the first day when i suddenly lost track of him as time goes by..
19 years ago, My first school transferred as my father has to work in KL branch. Again, i cried because it was too sudden to lost friends that i've made during that time.
13 years ago, On the second year of middle school, again i have to transfer school because of my father's work. This time it was to last until end of high school. As time flows, i quickly forgotten all the good time i had since age 8 till 13.. Making new friends in a new environment was not easy at that time because of my personality.
8 years ago, As my SPM results looked promising, i was quickly accepted for bachelor degree program while ditching matriculation and form 6 like most of my friends had to follow before attending universities or colleges. Again, i made new friends that looks to last forever but the truth was, some of them already have new commitment and ready to move on to the next stage of life.
4 years ago, My first earned salary. Working as a way to continue and pursue something that we need in life. In my case, i am yet to find what i'm looking for, but everyday at works was fun although some of them was sucks, but i think i could overcome that in no time. Making new colleagues at this age was also fun.
Thank you 'teachers' in whatever form you are also wherever you are for educating me all these years..
The final version DPTAplikasi K4 intended for public release has been launched today. Click here for more info. This application has been written totally in Bahasa Malaysia (some mini GUI that uses Windows API still prompted the user in English) and I have no plan to make an English version out of it anytime soon.
DPTAplikasi K4 enhance version will be undergo several re-programming procedure and should be ready next month. And yes, this version will not be for public release :)
Now.. it's already 10 minutes past 5pm and i was just got back from attending my ex-roommate's (during my early days at the UTM) wedding ceremony. The ceremony was held at Teluk Intan and its took us (me and 3 of my other friends) about 2 hours to eventually got there.
Because of cost effective procedure that was taken seriously among ourselves, we've decided to use only one car as the main transportation. Well, what can you expect.. it's already in the middle of the month and I don't know about the others, i was adequately broke in term of in hand cash.. ha ha.
Avoiding using the main expressway to get us there, we use the old road instead... starting from Behrang all the way to Bagan Datoh/Teluk Intan. The route was rough with some of the roads was severely damaged and unmaintained by the authorities. And yes.. it's sucks when thinking i did paid for the road tax 'effectively' every year.

Enough of that and let us take a look at what happen yesterday. Yes, i am talking about the failure of Malaysian badminton team in the Thomas Cup competition semi final. From my personal perspective, they should remove Hafiz all the way from the start. Seeing him lack of 'passion' and 'aggressiveness' when attending that Chinese guy somehow makes me really irritated. Well it was already over, and what can i say.. better luck next time then.
Now a little bit about DPTAplikasi. For some development reason, i will release two version DPTAplikasi K4 afterall. One version is the actual full version that has all the functionality as the original DPTAplikasi VST plus the intended enhancement, and the other version that will have enchance reporting functionality for system administrators. As for the latter, i will be not releasing it to public ^_^
